The main element is the newly developed 9mm rope with a core (kernmantle), which is not only extremely strong (1200 daN), but also thanks to its surface it holds perfectly even in wet gloves. The whole bag is based on the principle of"Clean Line"which means no external loops that could cause dangerous entrapment in the current. A unique detail is the integrated, padded inner pocket, which is used to safely store the carabiner. It is thus always at hand for a quick snap, but at the same time there is no risk of it hitting the rescued person's head during the throw.

Design, stability and accuracy of the throw

Thanks to its specific flat design, it fitsBig Fish stable on the body when worn on the waist belt and does not interfere with movement in the field. The closure with safety buckle and integrated handle allows for lightning-fast opening and instant throw. Similar to the Weasel Pro, you'll find the option to stow the end of the rope inside the top of the bag, ensuring it's ready to go at a moment's notice. The tapered body made of sturdy material ensures that the bag holds its direction during flight and the rope unwinds smoothly and without jerking. For maximum safety in twilight, the bag is equipped with reflective signal tape.
