Expert Advice

The wetsuit should fit snugly on the child, but it must not restrict squatting, bending forward, raising the arms overhead, or taking a deep breath. Don’t choose a size that’s too large “to grow into”—loose neoprene provides less insulation and can bunch up in the water.
