Earning and Value of Points

• For every 100 CZK spent, you earn 8 loyalty points.
• For every 10 EUR spent, you earn 20 loyalty points.
• Points can be redeemed for gifts from the Bonus Program, as listed above.
• Points can be exchanged for a discount on your next purchase at a 2:1 ratio.
• Points are awarded only to registered customers and only after the order is paid.
• If you register retroactively, you can request point allocation within 30 days of purchase by emailing info@kayak-shop.eu.

How to Earn Loyalty Points?

• Registration: Earn 50 points immediately.
• Newsletter Subscription: Earn an additional 50 points.
• Every Purchase: Points are credited after the order is paid (applies only to registered customers).

How to Use Loyalty Points?

• Redeeming for Gifts: In the Bonus Program, you can exchange points for gifts from a special offer.
• Redeeming for Credit: Points can be exchanged for credit (discount) on your next purchase of any product. The conversion is at a 2:1 ratio (1 point = 0.5 CZK or 0.02 EUR). This option can be selected in the 3rd step of the purchase process. You must be logged in.
• You can check your current points balance at any time in the “My Account” section.

Additional Rules

• Combining Discounts: Loyalty points cannot be combined with discount coupons in a single order. If a discount coupon is used, the number of points earned for that order will be adjusted proportionally.
• Management and Validity: A detailed overview of points can be found in the “My Account” section. Points are valid for 365 days from the date they are earned.
• Returns and Cancellations: When returning goods or canceling an order, the corresponding points will be deducted from your account.
• Additional Information: Points have no monetary value and cannot be converted to cash. The operator reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time. In case of program misuse, participation may be canceled.
