In EFI Pivovar we decided to resurrect the forgotten recipes of our ancestors and we have cooked a soup that is exactly as you remember it - thick, rich and full of honest ingredients. Thanks to the combination of quality beef tripe and strong beef broth, this soup is so nutritious that it can easily be served as a main course.
