Šípková sauce is one of the highlights of traditional Czech gastronomy, formerly associated mainly with venison feasts. In EFI Pivovar we have prepared a variant with a selection ofpork rumpwhich is perfectly tender thanks to slow cooking. The basis of our sauce is honest root vegetables, strong beef broth and quality rosehip marmalade, which gives the dish its typical colour and unmistakable sweet and sour taste.
