Expert Tip – How to Roll Up a PVC Tarpaulin Properly: Even with such a small volume, properly sealing the bag is key to achieving 100% waterproofing. PVC tarpaulin is a thicker and stiffer material than standard nylon, so make sure the individual folds are as smooth as possible when rolling it up. This will prevent the formation of unwanted air pockets in the folds of the material, through which moisture could seep in.
