• 3. year - 50% coverage for repair or replacement of defective hull and components.

Models sold as "2nd quality" or test kayaks have a shortened warranty - first year 60% and second year 40% of the price according to the manufacturer's conditions. The warranty is valid only when purchased from an authorized EXO dealer and can be applied through a distributor or directly from the manufacturer (KPlast Srl). The customer is responsible for the shipping costs in case of a claim. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, damage during towing by motorboat or modifications to the structure.
