Tender duck breast in mildly spicy Thai curry with sweet potatoes, carrots and coconut milk, seasoned with tamarind and massaman paste with a selected blend of exotic spices.

Ingredients: duck pig (33%), coconut milk (11.9%) (coconut, drinking water), sweet potatoes (10.7%), carrots (6%), red onion,  peanuts, massaman curry paste(2%)(chilli 20%, garlic, shallot, salt, lemon grass, cumin, coriander seeds, galbanum), chicken broth(chicken bones, drinking water), rice flour, corn flour, fish sauce(1.5%)(extract from anchovies (63%), drinking water, salt, sugar), cane sugar, lime juice, tamarind paste(1%)(tamarind 96%, drinking water, salt), cumin, coriander powder, bay leaf, cardamom.

Storage: Store in a dry and dark place at +1 to +30 °C. Store the opened product in the refrigerator and consume within 48 hours.
