A colourful mix of vegetables in a creamy coconut milk sauce, seasoned with massaman curry paste and tamarind. A meatless delicacy that goes great with rice or noodles.

Ingredients: coconut milk(14%) (coconut, drinking water), sweet potatoes (10%), carrots(7%), cauliflower(7%), red onion(7%), green beans(7%),  peanuts, SunbeanPRO plant mate blend (3.3%)(sunflower seed flour, bean protein (Vicia Faba), pea protein), massaman curry paste (2.4%)(chilli 20%, garlic, shallot, salt, lemon grass, cumin, coriander seeds, galbanum), soy sauce (1.6%)(drinking water,soya beans, edible salt, fermentation vinegar), tamarind paste(1%)(Tamarind (96%), drinking water, edible salt), lime juice, cane sugar, edible salt, cumin, coriander powder, cardamom, bay leaf.

Storage: Store in a dry and dark place at +1 to +30 °C. Store the opened product in the refrigerator and consume within 48 hours.
