FloatHIKO AIR SC is designed for the "self-rescue" technique, where every second counts. The whole system is as intuitive as possible, so that the rider can concentrate fully on movement and stability, not on complicated equipment manipulation. The float consists of a 14 litre inflatable chamber which, when mounted on the paddle blade, forms an improvised "auxiliary wheel". While one side of the paddle with the float stays in the water as a stabilizing platform, the other side rests against the deck of the kayak, giving you the leverage you need to climb back into the boat in a controlled manner. Thanks to its bold orange color and reflective elements, the float also serves as a visible signal to other paddlers or rescuers.

For 100% fixation to the paddle blade, the bag is equipped with an adjustable strap with a fixed buckle. The chamber is equipped with a reliable valve that allows quick inflation by mouth even in difficult conditions, followed by quick deflation for packing.
