Detailed information

Product detailed description

IR Devils Club 26 - key features

The IR Devils Club 26 is a dry suit built on a single priority:resilience. It is designed for riders who often move in rocky riverbeds, cut through vegetation when carrying, spend long days in a raft or go on multi-day events in the cold season. The cut is designed to reduce excess fabric (less "bulk" under the vest and less snagging on gear), while not restricting range of motion in the shoulders and torso. Practical details such as adjustable tunnels, a waistband at the hips, and quality zippers make this a "work" suit for the tough.

Material, waterproofing and breathability

Model series2026 (26) uses durable nylon with a water-repellent finishC0 DWR. The main "shell fabric" is 210d x 210d nylon (283 g/m²) throughout, a choice aimed at high mechanical and abrasion resistance. To reduce bulk in sensitive areas, the inner tunnel and sockliner are designed with a lighter 70d × 140d nylon (189 g/m²), again with C0 DWR. The membrane is rated for really wet environments:water column 30 000 mm H2O abreathability 10 000 g/m²/24 h. This allows the suit to handle intense riding and long waits in cold and windy weather without overheating.

Comfort and safety

Devils Club 26 relies on proven sealing and protection of stressed parts to keep the suit working after repeated use. Basic Equipment:

  • Hook and loop tabs over tunnel spikes - Velcro fasteners (hook & loop) fix the suit over the spray skirt tunnel and help to keep the layer stable at the waist.
  • Adjustable webbing belt - The belt stabilizes the suit at the hips, reduces material shifting and improves comfort during active movement.
  • Rear-entry YKK® AquaSeal® entry zipper - low-profile waterproof entry zipper, positioned so as not to restrict movement and not to hang up under the gear.
  • Front YKK® AquaSeal® relief zipper - practical "relief" zipper for convenience during all-day use.
  • Latex neck and wrist gaskets (trim-to-fit) - Latex neck and wrist cuffs can be carefully cut to size for an individual, tight yet comfortable fit.
  • Volcano neoprene wrist cuffs - protects the conical latex cuffs, increases dryness and significantly facilitates undressing ("banana peel" effect).
  • Recycled/reusable gear bag - bag packaging with an emphasis on reducing the consumption of single-use plastics.

What is it suitable for?

The IR Devils Club 26 is ideal for:

Expedition Paddling - durable shell and a sure seal for long days in variable conditions.
Whitewater kayak - the cut reduces excess fabric and does not hinder trunk rotation or shoulder work.
Rafting and guide work - reliable dryness and robust construction for everyday use.
Winter/spring rafting - high water column and good breathability for cold and wet weather.
Rivers with frequent carry-over - higher abrasion resistance in contact with stones, wood and vegetation.
