Caring for a Polyethylene Shell

Although the Granate L is built to be highly durable, we recommend rinsing the kayak with clean water after paddling in sandy terrain—especially in the cockpit area—to prevent wear and tear on the outfitting. Store the kayak in a shaded area away from constant direct UV exposure. Regularly check that the screws on the thigh pads and the back strap are tight.
