NRS Ambient

NRS Ambient PFD: A modern and uncompromisingly comfortable recreational life jacket

NRS Ambient: Freedom of Movement and Maximum Comfort

The NRS Ambient PFD is designed with a single goal in mind—to offer the most comfortable recreational life jacket on the market. The even distribution of buoyancy between the front and back creates an optimal medium-profile vest that fits the body perfectly. The easy entry via the front zipper and the vest’s overall lightness allow you to fully enjoy swimming, paddling, and other water activities without any restrictions.

Orbit Fit System™ and Graded Sizing Technology

The vest's ergonomic design incorporates NRS's state-of-the-art construction techniques:

• Orbit Fit System™: The innovative design enhances overall comfort, maximizes the range of motion of the arms and torso, and completely eliminates the need to over-tighten the straps.
• Graded Sizing: A sophisticated sizing approach takes into account the exact amount of buoyancy needed for each body type, ensuring a much better fit and greater safety for every rider.
• Stable installation: The silicone-coated inner waistband effectively helps keep the vest in place and prevents it from riding up while swimming.

Practical pockets, attachment points, and 3M® reflective strips

Ambient offers well-designed storage solutions for organizing your personal items and accessories:

• Two spacious zippered pockets: They reliably hold all the essentials you need to have within easy reach while you're out on the water.
• Mounting points and brackets: A total of four attachment points on both the front and back, along with shoulder strap loops, make it easy to attach a knife, emergency lights, or signal flares.
• 3M® Reflective Elements: They increase your visibility at dusk or in low-light conditions.

What is this vest ideal for?

Thanks to its versatile and extremely comfortable fit, this vest is a great choice for:

• Recreational Paddling and Hiking: All-day comfort on calmer rivers, lakes, and reservoirs.
• Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP): Lightness, freedom of movement, and confidence on the board.
