Practical tips and safety
- Before usepractice throwing and picking ropes; dry the rope after each hit and check for damage to the sheath/core.
- Keepquick release the buckle clean and in working order; practise operating it with one hand.
- To free the boat, usethe right knots, pulleys and belaying techniques; pay attention torouting of forces and secure position.
- Carabiners not included - usewebbing loops on the belt for custom configuration (e.g. HMS, wire).
