The boat is made of highly durable, PVC-free nylon with an inner and outer TPU coating[cite: 1].

• Tube Material: The tubes are made of 135D nylon with a double TPU coating[cite: 1], which improves air retention in the event of an abrasion[cite: 1].
• Floor Material: The floor itself is made of extremely durable 840D nylon with a double TPU coating[cite: 1].
• Seams: In addition, the overlapping RF-welded seams are sealed from the inside with tape, creating an incredibly strong mechanical bond that reliably retains air[cite: 1].
• Easy fix: In addition, TPU-coated nylon is easy to repair, which significantly extends the product's lifespan[cite: 1].

TIZIP® Waterproof Storage in a Tube

The integrated stern valve makes it easier to stay afloat TIZIP® (TIZIP® SuperSeal closure)[cite: 1]. This system creates a fully watertight and easily accessible storage space inside the tubes, where you can safely stow your gear for multi-day expeditions[cite: 1]. At the same time, this solution reduces the time needed to deflate the boat[cite: 1]. Important Notice – Blood Pressure and Sun Exposure

Remark: Prolonged exposure to sunlight and high temperatures can increase the air pressure inside the boat and cause it to become overinflated, which can damage the seams[cite: 1]. Under these conditions, we recommend periodically releasing some air or fully deflating the packraft and seat[cite: 1].
Tip for optimal performance: To achieve maximum pressure—especially under load or in rougher whitewater—we recommend using a pump (ideally the K-Pump Mini)[cite: 1]. The Leafield D7M valve assembly reduces packed size and weight, ensures reliable inflation, and is easy to maintain[cite: 1].
