BEGINNING OF THE MAIN DESCRIPTIONPalm Bora: Uncompromising Performance and Sustainable Materials
NAVIGATION / CONTENTEco-Friendly Materials and Durability
The suit is made from the innovative Seawastex® XP material, a 4-layer, fully recycled fabric[cite: 1]. The manufacturer places great emphasis on sustainability, which is why both the fabric and its water-repellent finish (DWR) are 100% free of harmful PFAS[cite: 1]. The fabric offers top-notch water resistance (30,000 mm) and breathability (5,000 g/m²/24hr)[cite: 1]. Exposed areas are also reinforced with durable 320D nylon for maximum durability[cite: 1].
Maximum comfort and flexibility
Thanks to its anatomically shaped six-panel articulated cut, the suit does not restrict movement in any way and guarantees a classic, comfortable fit (Classic fit)[cite: 1].
- Comfortable neck: The super-soft GlideSkin neoprene neck cuff ensures comfort without chafing[cite: 1].
- Easy to put on: The YKK AquaSeal shoulder entry zipper and practical relief zipper provide superior flexibility and keep you 100% dry[cite: 1].
Practical Details for Expeditions
- Detachable hood: The zippered storm hood with adjustable volume is fully compatible with a helmet and can be detached if necessary[cite: 1].
- Pockets: The chest and kangaroo pockets are equipped with water-resistant YKK AquaGuard zippers for safely storing small items[cite: 1].
- Cuffs and socks: The wrists are protected by latex cuffs with GlideSkin neoprene covers, while 4-layer XP socks with a durable 320D nylon sole keep the feet dry[cite: 1].
