Palm Kola Angler PFD: A premium fishing vest with maximum storage space
Palm Kola Angler: Designed for Passionate Anglers
The Palm Kola Angler PFD is the top-of-the-line fishing life jacket. It’s designed to hold literally all the gear you need on the water without restricting your movement or straining your back. Thanks to its perfectly contoured front and cleverly distributed buoyancy, you’ll enjoy comfortable paddling, casting, and handling your catch.
Raised rear panel and 3D anti-twist strip
The vest's ergonomic design emphasizes compatibility with fishing and touring kayaks:
- Raised (cut-off) rear panel: The slim profile and taller back design work perfectly with higher kayak seats without the vest bumping against the backrest.
- 3D anti-twist strap: It prevents the vest from shifting unintentionally on the body and ensures a secure fit under all circumstances.
- Eco-friendly, PVC-free materials: The combination of Gaia® soft foam and EPE is environmentally friendly and provides reliable buoyancy.
Zipper pockets, pliers holder, and SOLAS reflective strips
The vest is literally packed with specialized fishing features:
- Spacious clamshell pockets: The front pockets are brilliantly organized; when unzipped, they open wide to provide a perfect view of—and easy access to—tool boxes, a radio, or a camera.
- Tool and Accessory Holder: A sturdy storage point for pliers or braiding shears, rust-resistant D-rings, and a landing net hook on the back.
- SOLAS Safety Features: High-visibility reflective panels and a shoulder clip for attaching a strobe or light.
- Corrosion-resistant YKK zippers: Special metal-free zippers are resistant to salt water and harsh environments.
What is this vest ideal for?
Thanks to its functional design, this vest is the perfect choice for:
- Sport fishing from a kayak, boat, or the shore: Perfect organization of tools, small boxes, and equipment right on your body.
- Water tourism and long-distance expeditions: Comfortable seating in the boat and reliable protection throughout the entire trip.

Expert advice: When organizing your gear into the V-shaped pockets, use the internal dividers to ensure that the heaviest boxes of lures are stored securely. Thanks to the raised back panel, the vest fits perfectly against the high seats in a kayak without pressing against your neck or back. After each use, especially in saltwater or murky water, rinse the vest thoroughly with clean fresh water and let it dry in the shade.
