Palm introduces the Palm NeoFlex Pants, a lightweight capri pant made of 0.5mm neoprene that is ideal for activities on or in the water. With a thermal liner for your comfort and made from eco-friendly limestone neoprene with a recycled outer layer, these pants are warm, stretchy and simple with a high back waist for a perfect fit.
