The pants are made from a blend of 2.0- and 2.5-mm-thick bio-based neoprene, which is a more eco-friendly alternative to traditional petroleum-based materials. In addition, both the outer fabric and the inner lining contain recycled nylon fibers, allowing Peak UK to significantly reduce its environmental impact and offer a more sustainable product without compromising on performance.

Maximum comfort and knee protection

The Strides model is carefully designed to meet the specific needs of paddlers and, unlike traditional shorts, also protects the sensitive knee area.

Custom Fit: The high back cut ensures that the pants provide full coverage of the hips, even when sitting in a kayak.
Comfort without chafing: The seat is completely seamless, while the rest of the panels are joined by flatlock seams that do not irritate the skin.
Flexibility: The leg openings are finished with stretch cuffs that conform perfectly and softly to the rider's calves.

High durability and practical features

The back, hips, and especially the knees are protected by a thicker, more durable material that reliably withstands abrasion from the seat, armrests, or rocks on the shore. The seat area is also equipped with a special non-slip AO print (grippy AO print), which prevents the paddler from accidentally slipping in the boat. The pants fasten comfortably and securely at the waist with a flat lace drawcord.
