How to choose a size

Choose the vest according to the chest circumference over the fullest point. When testing, tighten the side straps first, then adjust the shoulders. In the paddling position, make sure that the vest grips the shoulder strapsnot picking up towards the chin and does not restrict the rotation of the torso.
