Sandiline Extreme: Expedition Use and Freedom

The Slovenian brand Sandiline designed this suit with a single goal in mind—to provide elite paddlers with a tool that makes no compromises. The Kayak Extreme 4L model features a newly redesigned ergonomic cut. It imposes absolutely no restrictions on movement, even during the maximum range of torso rotation and paddle strokes, so you’ll barely notice the suit while paddling in whitewater.

Material: 4-layer membrane and heavy-duty Cordura

The durability of the entire suit is based on proven, state-of-the-art technologies:

4-layer fabric: The premium membrane ensures exceptional water resistance of 20,000 mm (EN 20811 certification) while also providing a high level of breathability of 9,000 g/m²/24 h. This allows your body to breathe and helps prevent rapid overheating and sweat buildup.
Corduroy reinforcements: Every area that is subject to heavy friction against the rock or the kayak deck (i.e., the elbows, knees, and the entire seat area) is heavily reinforced with durable Cordura fabric.
Welded seams: All of the suit's seams are carefully welded, creating a perfectly watertight unit with no weak spots.

The main entry zipper is complemented by an exceptionally practical toilet zipper (relief zipper), which means you don't have to take off your spray skirt and vest when you need to relieve yourself in the cold.
Latex and neoprene: The neck and wrists are hermetically sealed by high-quality latex cuffs that won’t let a single drop through. These are protected on the outside by a layer of extremely flexible Ultraspan neoprene. This outer layer protects the latex from UV radiation as well as mechanical damage, such as from branches.

Expert advice: Dry suits equipped with TiZip Masterseal zippers require regular care to ensure they provide reliable protection. Never force the zippers across an edge; keep them absolutely clean (free of sand or mud), and regularly lubricate the ends with the recommended lubricant to ensure smooth operation and a long service life for the seals. For latex cuffs, keep in mind that they may feel a little tight at first—if this is unbearable, you can very carefully trim them (one circle at a time) with very sharp scissors. After every swim in murky or saltwater, rinse the wetsuit thoroughly with clean fresh water and always dry it on a wide hanger, preferably in a well-ventilated room out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources.
