Seland Escalo Longjohn These neoprene long johns are designed primarily for canyoning in cold water. They protect the torso and legs while swimming, rappelling, climbing, and moving through rocky gorges, while the sleeveless design leaves the shoulders free for rope work and natural movement.

You can wear the wetsuit on its own in milder conditions, but for complete thermal protection, we recommend pairing it with the Seland Escalo jacket. This two-piece system creates two layers of neoprene around the torso, which significantly increases comfort during prolonged exposure to cold water.

5 mm double-sided laminated neoprene

Long johns are made of 5 mm double-sided laminated neoprene. This strength provides excellent thermal insulation for cold canyons and longer stays in the water. The nylon laminate increases the material's durability when it comes into contact with rocks, harnesses, and other equipment.

When choosing a size, focus primarily on the fit around the hips, crotch, and ankles. The suit must not restrict deep squats, lunges, or movement while wearing a seat harness.
