While the classic “4.5” is ideal for two riders with minimal luggage, the 5.2 version is a true family-oriented model. It offers a generous 520 centimeters in length. That means an incredible amount of space for a third (or even fourth) seat, plenty of room for restless kids or a dog, and you’ll still have plenty of space left over for heavy waterproof barrels. Despite its impressive size, the boat is incredibly easy to handle and smooth-sailing.

• Excellent tracking: The longer hull acts like a precise rail on the water. The canoe holds a straight course beautifully on long, calm stretches, so the stern paddler doesn't have to constantly pull and correct the direction.

Comfort and Handling on Shore

Despite the larger dimensions, the designers kept logistics in mind. A specially shaped rim around the perimeter of the boat prevents it from digging into your hands when lifting and carrying the weirs. The tips are equipped with large holes through which you can easily thread the ropes. Don’t expect to find any plastic handles or “ears” here that could snap off upon impact. The design is simply built to withstand rough handling and maximize functionality.
