The Covert is optimized for racing and creeking, with fast entry and excellent water feel. The straight blade gives the paddle clean power transfer and control.
Sheet design and shot characteristics
The blade is a smaller (650 cm²), forward placed blade - allowing immediate and powerful engagement in the water, ideal for high cadence and fast acceleration. Its lower drag makes it suitable for riders who prefer frequency and technical precision over raw power.
Construction and materials
- Carbon Fiber sheets - extremely light, stiff and durable for intensive use in rapids.
- 1-piece straight carbon composite mast - maximum strength and sensitivity in force transmission.
The whole construction is designed with the competition environment in mind - the paddle is stiff and very precise, but at the same time robust enough for heavy creek sections.
